How do I restore a "removed" preset?

Post by thatJeffguy » Fri Aug 10, 2012 12:30 am

I accidentally chose "Remove Preset" while scrolling the EQ preset list. It was one of the factory provided presets. Is there any way to get it back?

I'm using Cubase 5 on a Mac.

Thanks in advance.

Try Deleting \Presets\VstEqPresets.xml found within "/Users/<your username>/Library/Preferences/[Application]"

Got it sorted... trashing the pref file did not work, for some reason no new pref file was generated on next opening of Cubase.
So I copied the pref file from my Cubase 6 folder into the appropriate folder in Cubase 5 and all is well again.
Thanks Split for pointing me in the right direction!
