dropping and adding single tracks to groups

Post by kestrel » Thu Feb 16, 2012 12:56 am

Hey all, is there anyway to easily drop tracks in and out of groups? So if i have a group of linked tracks, and i want to take one track out of it, i'm currently de-grouping all the tracks and re-highlighting everything but that track and linking again.. anything easier? It would be cool if there was a window (yet another one) that let you see and name groupings of tracks and had like a checkbox/dropdown system for changing/dropping/adding in the linked groups. Maybe that exists? Thanks!

There is no other way to do it.
Cubase 5.1.1 (32bit) | Win 7 Pro x64 SP1 | RME Fireface UFX | RME Fireface 800 | Cubase Essential 5 | Win 7 Home Premium x64

I just took off my thinkingcap, it got filled up with too much crap...
