DHL no tracking info on status or location

DHL no tracking info on status or location

Hi,

Got a mail that the USB dongle was shipped to India on 12th June 2019 but when I enter the DHL tracking number, 'The instruction data for this shipment have been provided by the sender to DHL electronically' is the only info available, dont know how long or where is the shipment, I tried raising all kinds of tickets and calls on customer service of steinberg and dhl but surprisingly nobody knows where it is or they say its not their department that is responsible.
Any advice?

same with me...exactly the same. very disappointing.

Hi,

I ordered Cubase Artist upgrade on 3rd July, but still haven't received a tracking number.

How long did it take for you to finally get the DHL tracking number ?
