What’s wrong with the Steinberg Support ?

I bought an upgrade but made a mistake, my actual software Is the “cubase 5 studio” and i bought the “cubase 5” upgrade. I have sent 10 mails asking for help and nobody seems to care. I am a user since the Pro 24 or maybe befor that. I am very dissapoinment for this way to treat the customers. Thank you

Have you tried Asknet support?

Of course i tried all the times with Asknet Support. I have sent all the mails to them and i have e no answer including today. Feel so bad

I have the same problem, Asknet has not processed my support request for more than 40 days.
