Waves plug-ins donsn't appear in plug-in manager

Hi, I can see that Cubase reads them when initializing but still they are missing when I open a file. HELP!

Hi,

Most probably, they are blacklisted. Open the Plug-in Manager > Blacklist. Can you see the plug-ins here?
